Anna-Kay Tomlinson, affectionately known as "MissT", opened her doors in May 2009, fulfilling her lifelong dream of bringing Fine Jamaican Country Cooking to the people. Her passion for cooking, knowledge of Caribbean herbs and spices and years of catering experience resulted in Miss T's Kitchen a truly Jamaican dining experience blending the tastes, smells, sights and sounds of her island home into an unforgettable dining experience.
